Sealevel Hot Yoga respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide when you create an account, book a class, purchase a membership or class pack, or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
• Booking and attendance information, such as the classes you book and attend, managed through our scheduling and payment provider (Mindbody).
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications you send us, including emails, text messages, and messages through our website.

How we use your information

• To manage your account, bookings, memberships, and payments.
• To respond to your questions and requests, including by text message when you contact us or ask us to text you.
• To send you service messages about your bookings, such as confirmations, schedule changes, and waitlist updates.
• To send you news and offers from the studio, only if you have opted in to receive them.
• To operate, improve, and secure our services.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may text you for customer care (replies to your questions, booking help, class confirmations) and, with separate opt-in consent, occasional studio news and offers.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the studio, such as our scheduling and payment platform (Mindbody), our messaging providers, and our bookkeeping and accounting providers. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the studio, our staff, or our students.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your choices

• You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
